Foster Moreau Fantasy Outlook Includes Streaming Tight End Value Following Darren Waller Injury

The tight end position may be the thinnest of any in fantasy football. That means it's always a big deal when a new player shows up on the scene offering fantasy value.
That's the case in Week 13 with the Las Vegas Raiders' Foster Moreau standing to play an expanded role in the offense following the latest Darren Waller injury.
Rich Bisaccia says Darren Waller and Carl Nassib are "week-to-week." Raiders are somewhat optimistic about Nick Kwiatkoski possibly returning this week.

Foster Moreau Fantasy
The last time Waller missed a full game was Week 7. Moreau got the start and was on the field for 100% of the Raiders' offensive snaps — something Waller himself has not done in any game this season.
Those weren't empty snaps, either, as his 6 targets in that game were good for second on the team. He also played 89% of the snaps on Thanksgiving (when Waller made an early exit), racking up 5 targets.
For some added context around just how thin the tight end position is, only 10 players at the position have averaged even 6.0 targets per game on the year.
That kind of volume absolutely makes Moreau a viable streaming option at the position. That's especially true in Week 13, as Moreau gets a soft matchup against the Washington Football team, who check in at No. 30 in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA ranking.
