VIDEO: Remembering When Matt Prater Burned Entire Packers Defense on Perfect Trick Play TD Pass
By Max Staley

Matt Prater is an NFL legend. In fact, he's currently the record holder for the longest kick in NFL history (64 yards), a record he set back in 2013 with the Denver Broncos.
But back in 2018, as a member of the Detroit Lions, Prater showed he can do more than just kick. He tossed a solid 8-yard touchdown pass to a wide-open Lions receiver, and it came against the division-rival Green Bay Packers, no less.
Levine Toilolo was on the receiving end of this touchdown, and while the throw and catch were nice, the best part of this play is undoubtedly Pat McAfee's call.
He's clearly fired up to see a kicker tossing a touchdown, and he can't even begin to hide his excitement, repeatedly exclaiming "let's go!" at the top of his lungs.
This is the only completion of Prater's career, with his other pass attempt ultimately resulting in an incompletion back in 2012.
