This may be an abbreviated NBA offseason, but it's not lacking any of our usual offseason drama. That's especially true of the NBA Draft, which is shaping up to be one of the most unpredictable in a while.

We're just a couple days removed from seeing LaMelo Ball sitting as a -165 favorite to be the first overall pick in the NBA Draft according to the latest NBA odds from FanDuel Sportsbook.

Draft day is upon us, however, and those odds have taken a sharp hit — falling to +145. The new favorite is Georgia's Anthony Edwards, who is available at -165.

It still looks like a near lock that one of those two goes off the board at No. 1, as the only other player with odds better than +10000 is Memphis' James Wiseman, who remains a heavy underdog at +600.

Following that clear-cut top three, the odds become a lot more wide-open at the No. 4 overall pick, where four different players are priced below +500 to go off the board, with Deni Avidija (+138) favored.

Of course, this is still early in the day. Trades and breaking rumors are sure to shake things up before the Minnesota Timberwolves are officially on the clock.
