Unless it's a do-or-die situation, field goals are rarely the most exciting part of an NFL game. But watching a kicker attempt to nail an absurdly long field goal can be mesmerizing. Bud Light appears to know that, as they teamed up with Denver Broncos' kicker Brandon McManus to offer a great deal. If he breaks the record for longest field goal, everyone of age in Denver will get a free Bud Light.

The thing is, that record (64 yards) currently belongs to Matt Prater, who is still very much in the league. Prater playfully called out Bud Light on Twitter, and now the rules of the contest have changed, creating an awesome competition between Prater and McManus.

Whoever kicks the longest field goal between the two this season will earn free Bud Light for their city.

Fans out in Denver and Detroit will surely be watching their kickers a little more closely this season.
