The 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games are in full swing and sports fans will be able to put in wagers on a number of different events on FanDuel Sportsbook.

Men's weightlifting remains one of the most intense Gold Medal events since it was included in the first Olympic Games back in 1896. Athletes push themselves to the limits every year by attempting a maximum-weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates.

Simon Martirosyan of Armenia leads all competitors with odds set at -170 to take home the gold in this event, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. The 24-year-old earned a Silver Medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics and is a two-time World Champion in this weightlifting class.

Akbar Djuraev of Uzbekistan follows behind in what seems to be a two-man race with odds set at +125.
