Zach Ertz has been activated off the injured reserve, putting him on track to suit up for the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 13. We haven't seen Ertz play since Week 6, but he didn't exactly look like himself when he was on the field. He only averaged 29.7 receiving yards per game through six appearances.

Given the injury history and his poor play early in the year, Ertz is not someone you want to start in Week 13. It's best to take a wait-and-see approach with the tight end, but even if he's not himself, his presence should result in a downgrade for Dallas Goedert and Richard Rodgers' fantasy outlooks.

Dallas Goedert Fantasy Outlook

Goedert has been the Eagles' best tight end when he's been on the field. You have to think he'll continue serving as the team's No. 1 option. Over his last two games, he's averaging 8.0 targets for 6.0 receptions and 76.0 receiving yards with 1.0 touchdowns per game.

Ertz's return should cut into his volume a bit on a weekly basis. But with the tight end position having a down year in fantasy, Goedert should remain a no-doubt TE1 on a weekly basis.

Richard Rodgers Fantasy Outlook

Rodgers has been a surprisingly serviceable tight end since Ertz went down. He's put up at least double-digit PPR points in four of his past five outings. But Ertz's return will relegate Rodgers to third-string tight end status for Philadelphia, making him irrelevant for fantasy.

This passing offense probably isn't good enough to support two fantasy-relevant tight ends, but it's definitely not good enough to support three. Rodgers should be dropped in pretty much all formats.
