Week 6 Fantasy Picks: Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Vikings vs Panthers
By Larry Rupp

The Carolina Panthers will look to get back on track when they host the Minnesota Vikings in Week 6 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Vikings slated as small 1-point road favorites in what is expected to be a closely contested contest.
If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 6 NFC clash.
Justin Jefferson Fantasy
Start Justin Jefferson, WR, Minnesota Vikings: Don't get it twisted, the Panthers' defense has been nothing short of dominant this season. However, wide receiver Justin Jefferson has proven that he can perform despite an unfavorable matchup. The second-year pro has surpassed 100 receiving yards or scored a touchdown in each of the last four weeks. He ranks sixth in the NFL with 462 receiving yards while leading the Vikings in both targets (45) and receptions (33). The current WR9 in PPR scoring is a must-start player every week.
DJ Moore Fantasy
Start DJ Moore, WR, Carolina Panthers: DJ Moore has quickly become Sam Darnold's favorite option with an average of 10.0 targets per game so far. He has racked up 281 receiving yards over the last three weeks and now faces a Minnesota team that is giving up 14.2 yards per reception to opposing WRs this season. Moore should be able to exploit them for a big gain or two, especially consdering the Vikings rank in the middle of the pack when it comes to PPR fantasy points allowed. Fantasy managers should feel comfortable starting him in this matchup.
Kirk Cousins Fantasy
Sit Kirk Cousins, QB, Minnesota Vikings: Kirk Cousins has come crashing back down to earth, throwing for 478 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions across the last two games. This matchup doesn't scream bounce-back opportunity, either. The Panthers rank second best in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA metric and are allowing a league-low 161.6 passing yards per game. Cousins remains a borderline QB1 and a perfect backup option moving forward, but this isn't the week to slide him into a starting spot.
Robby Anderson Fantasy
Sit Robby Anderson, WR, Carolina Panthers: Fantasy managers rostering Robby Anderson are still waiting for his breakout game. He hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 1 and has posted a disappointing 41.4% catch percentage this year. While is averaging 5.8 targets per game, Anderson has racked up just 179 receiving yards through five weeks of action. His performances remain perplexing given his snap rate is at 78% for the season. The risk of Anderson putting up another dud against a unit with the sixth-best pass defense DVOA rating is worth avoiding this week.
