It's getting harder and harder to find high-upside tight ends to pick up off the waiver wire as the NFL season rolls on. Many of the rising stars at the position are beginning to graduate from being borderline plays to clear-cut starters.

Nevertheless, there are still a few names out there worth keeping an eye on. Here are the top-three streaming tight ends, rostered in fewer than 50% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues, to target in Week 13.

Streaming TEs Week 13

1. Jared Cook, Los Angeles Chargers (48% Rostered)

It's been a little while since Jared Cook qualified for this list, but he remains a viable streaming option at tight end. The Los Angeles Chargers' starter hauled in his third touchdown of the season last week and saw five targets for the seventh time this season. Keep in mind that the Cincinnati Bengals have given up 5 touchdowns to opposing TEs this season, which has them ranked in the bottom half of the NFL. While Cook may not be the most exciting streaming option available, his consistency sticks out from the pack. He could end up as a borderline TE1 on Sunday.

2. Gerald Everett, Seattle Seahawks (27% Rostered)

Don't look now, but tight end Gerald Everett is suddenly becoming one of quarterback Russell Wilson's favorite options in the passing game. The fifth-year pro has now seen a whopping 21 targets over his last three games. Everett has turned those targets into 137 yards and 1 touchdown, which ranks him as the No. 4 TE in fantasy scoring over that span. Yes, the San Francisco 49ers have been tough against the TE position this season. However, Everett's volume alone makes him a high-upside streaming option. Pick up the Seattle Seahawk now and reap in the benefits.

3. Foster Moreau, Las Vegas Raiders (1% Rostered)

This one simply comes down to the health of starting tight end Darren Waller. The Pro Bowler is listed as doubtful for the Las Vegas Raiders' Week 13 game against the Washington Football Team. Waller's absence would give Foster Moreau a great opportunity to produce. The third-year pro hauled in all 6 of his targets for 60 yards and 1 touchdown the last time Waller was on the sidelines (Week 7). It's notable to point out that Washington has also posted the third-worst pass defense DVOA rating in the NFL. Look for the Raiders to lean on the passing attack, which bodes well for Moreau's chances of finishing as a TE1.
