The Chicago White Sox are cruising in the AL Central race, and most of the team is finally healthy after a trying few months of injuries.

One player back from the injured list is centerfielder Luis Robert, who just returned on Monday after last suiting up on May 2.

Following two starts for Chicago, Robert is out of the lineup on Wednesday against the Minnesota Twins.

Luis Robert Injury

There's nothing to be worried about, though. It's a scheduled off day for Robert after playing the last two days. The White Sox will be cautious with the outfielder as he gets back into the swing of things following a lengthy absence due to a hip flexor strain.

Robert got off to a great start to kick off the 2021 campaign. He recorded 1 home run, 8 RBI and 4 stolen bases while slashing .316/.359/.463. He's notched 2 hits, a double and an RBI in 8 at-bats since returning.

Keeping Robert healthy will be key for the White Sox as they gear up for a postseason run. Chicago owns the third-best odds to win the World Series at +600, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
