Zimmer expects his star to be back "pretty quick," which is fantastic news. The Vikings head coach isn't taking any chances, though, with the regular season more than a month away.

Fans can breathe a sigh of relief. The young standout will be allowed ample time to recover if he needs it, but it doesn't sound like he'll be sidelined for long.
The LSU product racked up 88 receptions, 1,400 yards and 7 TDs in his debut campaign. He forms an imposing duo with fellow wideout Adam Thielen, giving Minnesota an impressive 1-2 punch to couple with top running back Dalvin Cook.
Jefferson has +1400 odds to lead the league in receiving yards in 2021-22, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
