It's been a bit of an up-and-down start for the Cleveland Indians during the 2021 MLB season. Cleveland was no-hit on Friday night, however, bounced back with an impressive 9-2 victory over the Cincinnati Reds on Saturday. In fact, this team is starting to heat up and has gone 7-3 in their last 10 games.

Indians fans will love to see that Cleveland jumped seven spots from last week in MLB.com's latest power rankings. This one of the biggest jumps of the week after the Indians rose to the No. 15 position.

Indians Rise in Power Rankings

Cleveland's seen a bit of inconsistency throughout the 2021 campaign, but that comes naturally with the youngest roster in the entire MLB. The pitching has been the mainstay as the Indians allow just 3.78 runs per game, the seventh-fewest runs amongst league leaders.

In fact, two of Cleveland's starting rotation holds ERAs below the 3.00 mark. Shane Bieber is 3-2 in seven starts with a 2.98 ERA while Aaron Civale is off to a perfect 5-0 start and 2.91 ERA.

This team also features a three-headed monster on offense in the trio of Franmil Reyes, Eddie Rosario and Jose Ramirez. Those three have combined for 20 long balls and 62 RBIs.

Currently, Cleveland sits one game back of the division-leading Chicago White Sox with an 18-14 overall record. As it stands, FanDuel Sportsbook gives the Indians +500 odds to win the AL Central, per the latest MLB odds.
