FanDuel Fantasy Golf Picks for the ZOZO Championship at Narashino Country Club

With the new PGA Tour season well underway now, more elite players are starting to come into the fold on a weekly basis now. We saw it last week at the CJ Cup and we see it continue as the tour heads to Japan for the ZOZO Championship.
Let's take a look at some golfers to consider when putting together your fantasy team this week.
ZOZO Championship Fantasy
Collin Morikawa:
Collin Morikawa was as good as anyone on tour last season, and even after a break to start this season, Morikawa came out in top form again, grabbing a second-place finish at the CJ Cup this past week. He already ranks top-10 on tour this season in Strokes Gained (SG): Approach The Green (4th), SG: Tee-To-Green (10th) and SG: Total (2nd). In his lone appearance at this course before, Morikawa finished 22nd. If his hot streak continues, it will be tough for anyone in the field to top him this week.
Hideki Matsuyama:
Hideki Matsuyama will have something he rarely has in his profession: a home-course advantage. Matsuyama became the first Japanese born male player to win a major when he took home the Green Jacket in 20221. In his last appearance here two years ago, he walked away with a second-place finish, losing to Tiger Woods, which if you're going to lose to anyone, that's probably your pick. He only came away wiht a T-59 at the CJ Cup, but did grab a T-6 two starts ago. Being back home should be huge for Matsuyama, and he's proven that here before.
Ryan Palmer:
While Ryan Palmer represents more of a value play here, grabbing someone this low who has done well at this course in the past is something to strongly consider. In the last appearance at this course, Palmer finished T-10, among a very competitive field. He missed the cut in his lone start this season, but he was quietly really solid last season, grabbing nine top-20 finishes, which included five top-10 finishes and three top-five finishes. He could make some noise once against on the leaderboard in Japan.
