The Philadelphia Eagles were hit by injuries on both sides of the ball early this season. One of the most notable was to star wide receiver Alshon Jeffery, who suffered a calf injury at the beginning of the Week 2 game against the Atlanta Falcons. After sitting out Week 3, head coach Doug Pederson expects Jeffery to play against the Green Bay Packers on Thursday Night Football.

With both Jeffery and fellow veteran receiver DeSean Jackson out last week, the Eagles will welcome getting at least one of them back for their matchup against the undefeated Packers in Lambeau, as Philadelphia tries to get back to .500. After being labeled a full participant in Tuesday's walkthrough practice, it appears Jeffery will indeed be back, along with second-year tight end Dallas Goedert to return two talented pass catchers for quarterback Carson Wentz.

In Week 1, Jeffery was able to catch five passes for 49 yards and a touchdown while also adding a two-yard touchdown run.

Jeffery's return should have two major impacts in fantasy football. First is that Jeffery's value immediately returns, especially with some extra volume available while DeSean Jackson is on the sideline. We have him ranked 26th at WR in our Week 4 fantasy football rankings.

Second is that Nelson Agholor's value takes a big hit. With both Jeffery and Jackson sidelined for most of the last two games, Agholor had racked up 23 targets, eclipsing 20 PPR fantasy points in both games. He gets a serious downgrade with Jeffery back on the field, and then his value falls even further thanks to this difficult matchup against a Packers defense that has allowed the NFL's second fewest points through two weeks.
