If you're already craving more fantasy football just days after the Super Bowl, the XFL has you covered. This weekend marks the arrival of XFL fantasy football.

The eight teams all have championship aspirations as Week 1 of the XFL season kicks off this weekend. The Duel has already got you covered with Week 1 start 'em, sit 'em and XFL fantasy football rankings, and now let's get even deeper into fantasy picks for each game.

Up next is the is the St. Louis BattleHawks vs. Dallas Renegades.

XFL Fantasy Football

Start Cameron Artis-Payne, RB, Dallas Renegades: Giving 10 points on FanDuel Sportsbook, the Renegades are the biggest favorite on the slate, and with all the uncertainty heading into the XFL's first week, that means they're the top offense to target in fantasy. This includes QB Landry Jones, but it's former Carolina Panther Cameron Artis-Payne that really stands out. For as little as we can know about this week's games ahead of time, CAP projects for one of the biggest workloads of any RB as the lead back on the week's biggest favorites. Volume is the most important factor in just about any fantasy sport, and XFL fantasy football is no exception.

Start Keith Mumphrey, WR, St. Louis BattleHawks: Sticking on the theme of volume, that's especially important when picking players on heavy underdogs, as they're far less likely to turn in efficient performances. Assuming you're getting at least a half-point per reception wherever you're playing XFL fantasy, the likely top WR on a big underdog is a good place to expect inefficient volume to translate to scoring. Mumphrey should see no shortage of targets in this game, making him one of the few solid options in the BattleHawks' offense.

Sit Jazz Ferguson, WR, Dallas Renegades: If there's anywhere to pump the breaks with the Renegades' O, it's in the receiving corps. Jeff Badet looks like a lock as their No. 1 option, but things get cloudy after that. Whoever emerges as the No. 2 option will offer plenty of upside in this matchup, but for the time being the situation's cloudiness hurts the value offered by Jazz Ferguson, who also missed Wednesday's practice with a hand injury.

Sit Christine Michael, RB, St. Louis BattleHawks: Yes, C-Mike is one of the most fun players in the XFL, and yes it sucks to not get in on that fun in Week 1. But exciting prospect (if a 29-year-old RB can be one) or not, there's not a ton to like about the RB on 10-point dog. That's especially true for Michael, who never showed us much as a receiver in the NFL, catching just 26 of 37 targets in his five seasons.

Don't forget to check out our XFL fantasy picks for the rest of the Week 1 matchups: Seattle Dragons vs DC Defenders, Los Angeles Wildcats vs Houston Roughnecks and Tampa Bay Vipers vs New York Guardians.
