The New England Patriots (2-4) will look to bounce back in Week 8 as they go on the road to take on the Buffalo Bills (5-2) in and AFC East division battle. In a game with a lot of importance in the stadings, the Bills are currently 4-point favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

If you need some help with your fantasy football lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 7 showdown.

Who Should I Start Fantasy Football

Start Damien Harris, RB, New England Patriots: The Patriots suffered a blowout loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 7, but Damien Harris may have been the lone bright spot on the offense. Harris rushed for 58 yards on 10 carries and is now averaging 5.4 yards per attempt this year. If quarterback Cam Newton continues to struggle, the Patriots may lean on the running game in what looks to be a must-win game. The Bills are giving up 126.7 rushing yards per game this season (No. 21 in the NFL), so look for Harris to be given the ball early and often on his way to a productive day on the ground.

Start Cole Beasley, WR, Buffalo Bills: Cole Beasley has become one of Josh Allen's favorite and most trusted targets this season. Beasley is coming off his second 100-plus yard game of the season and had 11 receptions against the New York Jets in Week 7. With the Patriots likely determined to shut down wide receiver Stefon Diggs by matching him up with Stephon Gillmore, Beasley should be able to get open in the middle of the field rather easily. Working out of the slot position, Beasley has been targeted 6-plus times in every game except one this season. Don't be surprised if he has another big game or even finds the end zone in this matchup.

Sit Julian Edelman, WR, New England Patriots: One of the most disappointing aspects of the Patriots' offense this season is the recent disappearance of wide receiver Julian Edelman. After hauling in 13 receptions for 236 through the first two games of the season, Edelman has caught just 8 passes for 79 in the past four games combined. He saw just three targets last week and has not been the go-to option many believed he would be for Newton. He doesn't draw a particularly tough matchup in Week 8, but no fantasy football manager should feel comfortable starting him until he can prove he is still a vital part of this offense moving forward.

Sit Devin Singletary, RB, Buffalo Bills: Highly regarded as a possible breakout player this year, Singletary hasn't quite been as productive as expected through the team's first seven games. He is averaging just 3.8 yards per attempt and has scored just 1touchdown. Singletary is starting split work pretty evenly with backup rookie running back Zack Moss and that spells trouble for his fantasy football outlook. He draws a decent matchup against a Patriots defense that gives up 132.2 rushing yards per game (No. 27 in the NFL), but his recent declining role in the offense makes him a sit for this week and moving forward until it is clear he is still the go-to running back.
