Week 4 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Fantasy Football

Week 4 of the 2020 NFL season is bringing us our first coronavirus-related complications, making this week's roster decisions a little tougher than usual.
As always, The Duel is here to help with some start 'em, sit 'em advice for fantasy football Week 4.
Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 4 Quarterbacks
Start Joe Burrow (CIN vs JAX): After struggling in a tough Week 1 matchup, Joe Burrow has thrown for 300-plus yards in back-to-back games, with 5 touchdowns to 0 interceptions in Weeks 2 and 3. That has translated to 20-plus fantasy points in two straight games, and now he gets a dreamy matchup against a Jacksonville Jaguars defense that checks in at No. 32 in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA metric.
Sit Tom Brady (TB vs LAC): The Los Angeles Chargers held Patrick Mahomes to a 57.4 percent completion percentage and 6.4 yards per attempt in Week 2 — both the third-lowest marks Mahomes has ever posted in a regular season game. That should give you a pretty good idea of how dangerous a matchup this is. Tom Brady also enters this spot down one of his best receivers in Chris Godwin, and this is a pretty easy spot to bench Brady.
Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 4 Running Backs
Start Kareem Hunt (CLE at DAL): Nick Chubb has been incredible in the last two games, but don't let that overshadow Kareem Hunt's value. Those last two weeks were both soft matchups, lending themselves to a more run-heavy approach, while the Cleveland Browns are 4.5-point underdogs against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4. That should mean more passing, and the last time we the Browns in a tough matchup (Week 1 at Baltimore), Hunt out-snapped Chubb 36 to 35, racking up 13 carries plus 6 targets. Expect Hunt to be heavily involved, possibly even getting more work than Chubb in this one.
Sit Sony Michel (NE at KC): Sony Michel rewarded faithful fantasy managers with 140 yards from scrimmage in Week 4, but he still didn't provide much reason for long-term optimism. He set season-high marks in both opportunities (carries plus targets) and snap share, but his 38% share and 11 opportunities were still poor marks. With James White likely returning to the fold in Week 4, don't expect Michel's volume to improve much (if at all).
Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 4 Wide Receivers
Start A.J. Green (CIN vs JAX): A.J. Green's fantasy output may be underwhelming so far, but he's been Joe Burrow's favorite target. Green leads the Bengals with 28 targets this season, only struggling on the efficiency front (46.4% catch rate). A matchup with the lowly Jaguars' secondary should go a long way to righting the ship, allowing Green to finally convert that volume to a big production day.
Sit Emmanuel Sanders (NO at DET): Emmanuel Sanders has scored twice in three games this season, but his underlying numbers have been seriously concerning. He has played north of 75% of the New Orleans Saints' offensive snaps while Michael Thomas has been sidelined in the last two games, but he has still seen just 8 targets during that time. Drew Brees' play is also a serious concern, as his 4.6-yard average depth of target (aDOT) is absurdly low, and he's really struggled to get the ball downfield to his wideouts.
