We're getting down to crunch time in the 2020 fantasy football season. From here on out, every single fantasy point matters that much more. If you need an upgrade at quarterback, don't be afraid to pull the plug on your starter in favor of a QB with a great matchup in Week 13.

Here are our top three streaming quarterback picks, rostered in fewer than 50% of Yahoo! leagues, to target in Week 13.

3. Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings (40% Rostered)

Don't look now, but Kirk Cousins is really heating up. Cousins has put up at least 20.0 fantasy points in three of his last four outings. He even put up 17.6 points during his worst performance in that stretch. Cousins and the Minnesota Vikings now get a juicy Week 13 matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars. There is no shortage of statistics that prove just how bad this defense is, but we'll keep it short. Jacksonville is currently allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing QBs. Cousins is red hot right now, and that shouldn't change against one of the worst defenses in the NFL.

2. Philip Rivers, Indianapolis Colts (33% Rostered)

Another veteran putting up some solid fantasy production recently, Philip Rivers should be in line for a nice outing in Week 13. Rivers has put up at least 21.0 fantasy points in half of his last six starts, also topping 16.0 in five of those six. He now faces a Houston Texans' defense allowing top-12 fantasy production to opposing QBs. The Texans also rank bottom-10 in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA metrics. Rivers is playing some good, consistent football (from a fantasy perspective), and a matchup with Houston gives him a pretty nice ceiling.

1. Ryan Fitzpatrick, Miami Dolphins (20% Rostered)

Ryan Fitzpatrick was fantasy's QB8 before getting yanked in favor of Tua Tagovailoa, and he did nothing to dispel that notion while replacing him in Week 12. Harvard's most-famous alumni completed 24-of-39 attempts for 257 yards and 2 TDs, adding another 10 yards on 3 carries. That was good for 19.3 fantasy points, making him QB6 on the week. Facing a Cincinnati Bengals' pass defense that ranks bottom-five by DVOA, Fitzpatrick should be in line for another decent game in Week 13. Tua would also be a viable streamer if he starts, but Fitzpatrick is the preferred play from a fantasy perspective.
