Titans Get Bad News With Latest A.J. Brown Update

Tennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown battled a case of food poisoning before suiting up in Week 6 Monday Night Football. Brown looked like his normal self, posting his best game of the season to help Tennessee take down the Buffalo Bills.

It appears the wideout isn't totally over his illness, though.

Brown posted about his troubles keeping food down on Twitter, and it's clear he's struggling to shake off his current stomach problems. The Titans need their wideout at 100% heading into a tough Week 7 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The third-year pro appeared to have his breakout performance on Monday after some down games to begin the year. He hauled in 7 receptions for 91 yards, both season highs.

Brown has been held back by injuries so far, but he could be turning the corner. Hopefully he's able to recover from his illness in time to give the Chiefs problems on Sunday.

The Titans are currently 4.5-point underdogs ahead of that matchup, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
