The Cincinnati Bengals spent their second-round pick on wide receiver Tee Higgins. That would normally make him an interesting target in fantasy football leagues. But Cincinnati's skill-position group is quietly loaded.

It's tough to project Higgins to see much volume this season, making him a player worth ignoring aside from very deep leagues.

Tee Higgins Fantasy Football Outlook

Higgins joins a wide receiver corps that features names like A.J. Green, Tyler Boyd, Auden Tate and John Ross. Both Joe Mixon and Giovanni Bernard figure to be in the mix for targets as well.

Injuries aside, that doesn't leave much room for Higgins to play a role in this offense. He's worth stashing in dynasty formats, though, because he should be productive once given the opportunity. He racked up 2,103 receiving yards and 25 touchdowns over his last two seasons at Clemson.

Higgins could become interesting if he earns a big enough role or fills in for someone due to an injury. The Bengals had the sixth-most pass attempts in the league last season. Receivers in this offense could have some sneaky upside thanks to the combination of volume and the addition of Joe Burrow.

Higgins doesn't need to be rostered right now, though he's certainly a name worth monitoring throughout the year.
