Patrick Mahomes Tweets Reaction to New Netflix Documentary

Summer is a tough time of year for football fans as they wait for the NFL to return. Aside from preseason games and HBO's Hard Knocks, there's not a lot of content to keep viewers occupied.

Thankfully, Netflix will help fill the dead space this summer with an exciting new documentary series called Quarterback.

According to the streaming service, the docu-series follows three NFL quarterbacks through the 2022 NFL season; Marcus Mariota, Kirk Cousins and Patrick Mahomes.

All three have captivating storylines. Mariota joined the Atlanta Falcons and helped them remain in the playoff hunt for much of the season before losing his starting job, while Cousins led the Minnesota Vikings to a 13-4 record and a postseason berth. And then there's Mahomes, who won his second MVP award and Super Bowl ring with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Netflix has promised "unprecedented access" to all three players, who were apparently mic'ed up for every game. The series will surely be an eye-opening look for fans to see what a typical season is like for an NFL quarterback.

Needless to say, this is a show that football fans won't want to miss.
