JuJu Smith-Schuster's tenure with the Pittsburgh Steelers appears to be over. The team is up against the cap and probably doesn't have the money to give him the contract he's surely looking for. A split is probably the best outcome for both sides at this point.

While he may not be the no-doubt No. 1 wide receiver he looked like in his second season, JuJu is still just 24 years old. That should make him an attractive asset to any young, WR-needy team.

Here are three young teams that should sign JuJu this offseason.

JuJu Smith-Schuster Free Agency

3. Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts have one of the best, most complete rosters in the NFL. But if they want to avoid getting the 2020 version of Carson Wentz, they might have to bolster their skill-position group. Adding JuJu would do just that. He'd form an imposing, physical duo with promising 2020 rookie Michael Pittman Jr. at WR.

2. New York Jets

The New York Jets had one of the worst WR groups in the league last season, and it could be getting even worse if Jamison Crowder gets released, as some believe he will be. JuJu would be an excellent complement to standout rookie Denzel Mims, who excels as a burner while JuJu is more of a possession receiver. He'd instantly become the best WR on this team, and that's a position the Jets need to upgrade regardless of who's under center next year.

1. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars have a quietly impressive group of young WRs, but JuJu could take this unit over the top. Having a triumvirate of JuJu, DJ Chark and Laviska Shenault with Trevor Lawrence at the helm could make this offense dangerous in a hurry. The 24-year-old would be an excellent fit on this developing roster.
