After an underwhelming start to the season, Nick Chubb finally proved why he had an average draft position (ADP) of RB8 entering the year.

Chubb was held below 100 rushing yards in all three games thus far, but he exploded for 183 total yards and three TDs against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4.

That he managed to do this against a defense as dominant as Baltimore's is particularly impressive. Prior to this game, the Ravens had allowed 181 rushing yards, which was the second-lowest total in the NFL. In fact, no single runner had amassed more than 62 yards against this team.

Nick Chubb Fantasy Points

Chubb racked up a staggering 36.3 fantasy points in standard-scoring leagues. That jumps to 37.8 in half-point PPR leagues and 39.3 points in PPR leagues.

It's also encouraging that Chubb's production is seemingly trending in the right direction. After being held below 80 yards rushing in his first two games, Chubb piled up 96 yards in Week 3 and 165 in Week 4.

If he continues to produce at this rate, Chubb will firmly cement himself as a no-brainer RB1 going forward.
