This game also features the highest total of the week, by a wide margin, with an over/under of 57 points.
Week 5 closes it out on "Monday Night Football" with a matchup between the Cleveland Browns and San Francisco 49ers. The Niners are 3.5-point home favorites and the game has an over/under of 47.5 points.
