The Denver Broncos finally made a move for a quarterback on Wednesday, trading a sixth-round pick to the Carolina Panthers for Teddy Bridgewater. Denver isn't ruling out the possibility of drafting a QB, but it lifts the pressure of possibly needing to trade up from No. 9 for a signal-caller.

NFL Draft odds on FanDuel Sportsbook provide insight on where the Broncos may go with their pick following the trade.

Broncos NFL Draft Odds

Penn State linebacker Micah Parsons and Northwestern offensive lineman Rashawn Slater are the favorites to be Denver's selection at No. 9 with +340 odds. Both players opted out of the 2020 campaign, but it's had no impact on their draft stock as they're considered among the best at their respective positions.

The odds also show the possibility of other directions for Denver. Cornerbacks Jaycee Horn (+600) and Patrick Surtain II (+600) are close behind along with OL Penei Sewell (+650). A quarterback isn't being ruled out either, with Justin Fields and Trey Lance both at +750 odds.

The Bridgewater trade has at least given Denver more options with the No. 9 pick. They can address defensive needs at cornerback or linebacker, or pursue a top offensive lineman. And the Broncos are still players for a QB as well if one falls to them.
