Even if you missed out on adding some impact players earlier this week, there are still plenty of helpful options available on the waiver wire that can give your fantasy baseball team the kind of high-level production needed to come out with a win in Week 13.

With that in mind, here are five fantasy baseball waiver wire pickups that could be immediate difference-makers for the remainder of the week.

1. Christian Walker, 1B, Arizona Diamondbacks

Christian Walker's production seriously tailed off after an explosive start to the year, but it looks like he's found his groove once again. The 28-year-old slugger has been tearing the cover off the ball over the past week, with two homers and seven RBI in his last 25 at-bats. Walker is still available in 75 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball leagues and could be a good pickup for any fantasy team in need of a power influx.

2. Jason Kipnis, 2B/OF, Cleveland Indians

It's been a tough year for Jason Kipnis so far, but his recent production should put him on everyone's fantasy radar moving forward. The two-time All-Star has carried the Indians offensively over the past two weeks, batting .348 with four homers and 14 RBI in his last 46 at-bats. Kipnis is readily available in 86 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball leagues and should be a priority add for those in need of a middle-infield bat with position flexibility.

3. J.P. Crawford, 3B/SS, Seattle Mariners

After two disappointing seasons with the Philadelphia Phillies, it looks like J.P. Crawford is finally living up to his top-prospect billing. The 24-year-old infielder owns a respectable .305/.378/.467 slash line for the season, but has really kicked it up a notch over the last week, batting .440 with one homer, nine RBI and a stolen base in his last 25 at-bats. Crawford is owned in just 6 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball leagues, and could be a post-hype play in dynasty and deep 12-team leagues.

4. Homer Bailey, SP, Kansas City Royals

Homer Bailey has been unbelievably dominant over the past two weeks, sporting a 3-0 record with a microscopic 0.47 ERA and 0.95 WHIP to go along with 17 Ks in 19 innings pitched during that span. Bailey is available in 90 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball leagues and has his second start of the week slated for Saturday against the Toronto Blue Jays.

5. Liam Hendriks, RP, Oakland Athletics

The Oakland Athletics have turned to Liam Hendriks to close games out now that Blake Treinen is on the 10-day injured list. The right-hander should be a solid source of saves in the short term and owns an impressive 1.49 ERA on the year. Hendriks has been a hot pickup, now available in 16 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball leagues, and those in need of saves should pick him up before it's too late.
