Hurry Up: The Houston Texans May Surprise in 2020

At this stage in the offseason, the Houston Texans are known for making one of the more baffling trades in recent history. The team also went out and got Brandin Cooks, who hasn't played a full season, who dealt with multiple concussions a year ago. But despite these question marks, Jim Sannes likes the Texans' ability to take advantage of a questionable division, and he is eyeing the value of them making the playoffs at +144.
