Cubs Push Back Friday's Game Due to Weather

After dropping a series finale against the Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday, the Chicago Cubs look to get things going on Friday against division rival Pittsburgh Pirates.
Friday afternoon games at Wrigley Field are the norm, but fans should pay attention to an important schedule change.
Originally scheduled for a 1:20 p.m. CT first pitch, the game is now moved back to 7:05 p.m. CT because of inclement weather in the forecast.

This is the second game in a row that Chicago has dealt with schedule changes as the area continues to get hit with spring rains.
Drew Smyly is still scheduled to take the bump on Friday night. The veteran left-hander has thrown 9.2 innings across his first two starts, and hasn't allowed a single earned run and just seven hits.
Chicago enters this series opener against the Pirates at -146 on the runline, according to MLB Odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.
