At this rate, Cameron Dantzler might be the most-hyped, third-round rookie cornerback of all time. Immediately after he was selected, the advanced stats began making him look like an absolute steal, and he's backed that up with a reportedly excellent performance in training camp.

In fact, he's already become a thorn in Kirk Cousins' side. Check out this interception he made against the two-time Pro Bowler in training camp.

That one play showed off the total package. He's got the awareness needed to track Cousins and position himself to make a play, while also flashing the length and athleticism that made him such an intriguing prospect.

Training camp highlights are rarely indicative of the upcoming season, but it's getting difficult to ignore all the hype around Dantzler. The Vikings may have found a gem.
