The Milwaukee Brewers have made the playoffs for three consecutive seasons now and will look to keep that going in 2021. The fans will love ESPN's Opening Day power rankings as the Brewers come in ranked as the No. 13 team overall and the leader in the NL Central.

This is great news for the Brewers as they have made multiple moves in the offseason in order to keep up with the St. Louis Cardinals. In what is expected to be an exciting 2021 season, the Brewers are projected to be right on the edge of the playoffs.

Milwaukee Brewers Power Rankings

While this Brewers pitching staff may not be full of household names, they are balanced and averaged 10.65 strikeouts per 9 innings last season (No. 2 in the MLB). Young ace Brandon Woodruff (3.05 ERA in 2020) and Corbin Burnes (88 strikeouts in 2020) lead an intriguing starting rotation.

It is on the offensive side that the Brewers need to step up. NL MVP candidate Christian Yelich (56 home runs over last two seasons) should be in for a big season hitting in the middle of the lineup. Plus, key offseason acquisitions Kolten Wong and Jackie Bradley Jr. could be exactly what this team needs to score more runs.

The Brewers are beginning to receive some hype and their fans should buckle up for what is sure to be an exhilarating season. Milwaukee heads into 2021 with +310 odds to win the NL Central and +4500 odds to win the World Series, according to MLB odds posted on FanDuel Sportsbook.
