3 Best Prop Bets for Clippers vs Lakers NBA Game on FanDuel Sportsbook

1. Russell Westbrook - Rebounds: Over 7.5 (-104)

Lakers' star Anthony Davis is out for this contest with a foot injury, which means the 9.7 rebounds per game he averages will now be up for grabs. Look for Russell Westbrook to benefit more than anyone else against a Clippers defense that gives up the most boards to opposing point guards in the NBA (7.28). The nine-time All-Star has cashed this over in four of his last six games against the Clippers and is averaging 7.3 rebounds a night in February. The Lakers are going to come out hungry as they look to compete for a playoff spot, so trust Westbrook to perform.

2. Reggie Jackson - Points: Over 18.5 (-118)

This has more to do about the Lakers' struggling defense than it does Reggie Jackson's scoring ability. Head coach Frank Vogel's team is allowing the most points to opposing point guards this season (24.81) and cannot seem to keep up with dynamic ball-handlers. It's also worth noting that the Lakers allow 37.8 points per game from beyond the arc, which ranks in the bottom half of the league. That bodes well for Jackson given he has attempted 24 three-point shots over his last four games. Trust the 31-year-old to have a similar outing as he did against the Lakers on February 3, when he dropped 25 points on 10 made field goals.

3. Malik Monk - Assists: Under 2.5 (+104)

This one may get a bit sweaty down the stretch, but backing the under on Malik Monk's assists prop makes sense tonight. The former Kentucky standout has turned into a go-to sharpshooter on offense and is regularly relied on from outside the perimeter. That gives him little opportunity to dish the ball out, especially against a Clippers team that allows just 23.9 total assists per game (T-No. 12 in NBA). Overall, Monk has posted less than 3 assists in five of his last seven games and is only averaging 2.4 on the year. Trust him to keep shooting instead of passing.
