Head-to-head fantasy baseball's Week 12 is here, and it's time for owners to assess their starting pitching matchups. For those who could use an extra start or two, it's always good to know which waiver wire pitchers are in for a heavy work week.
With that in mind, here are three two-start pitchers worth adding for Week 12.
3. Tommy Milone, Seattle Mariners
Tommy Milone has been impressive for the Seattle Mariners in a smaller sample size this year. The 32-year-old lefty is 1-1 with a 3.42 ERA and 0.99 WHIP through three starts and five appearances in 2019. Milone has two favorable matchups this week against the Kansas City Royals and the Baltimore Orioles, and he is owned in only 4 percent of of Yahoo! leagues.
2. Mike Fiers, Oakland Athletics
Mike Fiers has put up a respectable fantasy season, despite only being owned in 30 percent of Yahoo! leagues. The veteran hurler already has six wins this year and a 1.14 WHIP. Fiers should likely have at least one winnable start at home this week facing the Orioles first, with a tougher challenge against the Tampa Bay Rays to follow.
1. Lance Lynn, Texas Rangers
Lance Lynn has put up a solid season for the Texas Rangers this year, posting a 7-4 record with a 4.40 ERA. Additionally, he's also struck out 93 batters in 86 innings pitched. Slated for starts against the Cleveland Indians and Chicago White Sox in week 12, Lynn is certainly worth an add in leagues where he is still available.
