Alabama quarterback prospect Mac Jones is seeing his 2021 NFL Draft stock rise with impressive play the Senior Bowl. Jones has already played himself into a likely first-round selection, but his standing among this 2020 quarterback class is on the upswing with no clear QB2 behind Clemson's Trevor Lawrence.

Jones' participation at the Senior Bowl has given him a chnace to speak with some NFL teams before the draft, and there's three notable franchises who have talked to the Alabama QB so far.

Reports out of Senior Bowl practice in Mobile, Alabama, state that the Houston Texans, New Orleans Saints and New England Patriots are among the teams that have interviewed Jones.

Without a first- or second-round pick in this year's draft, Houston isn't currently in a position to select the Alabama QB. But if the team reloads its draft capital through a Deshaun Watson trade, then they could have a chance to pick Jones.

With the No. 15 pick, the Patriots have been a team many think could select Jones. New England is likely moving on from Cam Newton, and Jones could be a quarterback worth centering their rebuld around.

After the retirement of Drew Brees, the Saints are confronting their future, which could include a slew of moves to fix their disaster of a cap situation. New Orleans has Taysom Hill, but he's unproven as a starter so far, and bringing in Jones would give them two possible QB options in the post-Brees era,

Jones is garnering some serious interest ahead April, which adds another layer of intrigue to this year's draft.
