The Cleveland Browns have looked like a brand-new franchise under first-year head coach Kevin Stefanski. Not to take anything away from Stefanski, who has been excellent, but the biggest reason for that transformation might be the dramatically improved play of the Browns' offensive line.

And few players on that unit have performed better than rookie left tackle Jedrick Wills Jr., especially recently. In fact, it's starting to look like the No. 10 overall pick was one of the biggest steals of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Wills currently boasts an 82.0 pass-blocking grade from Pro Football Focus, which is the 12th-best mark among all qualified tackles. A rookie lineman like Wills, who was primarily a right tackle in college, being that good that fast is nothing short of remarkable – especially with all the added hurdles brought on by the pandemic.

And it seems like he's just starting to heat up now that he's getting more comfortable playing on the left side.

Over his last two appearances (Week 8-10), PFF has given Wills a 90.5 grade as a pass blocker. That's the third-best mark among all qualifying tackles in that time.

The rookie has come in and played like an elite tackle despite having to learn a new position and adjust to life in the NFL, all while navigating the unique challenges of the 2020 season. That's special stuff.

Even if he still has a ways to go as a run blocker, Wills looks like he's going to be the Browns' franchise left tackle for the next decade. You have to think the New York Giants are kicking themselves for taking LT Andrew Thomas over Wills at No. 4.
