The AFC North is arguably the most hard-nosed division in the NFL. Known at times for its dirty hits and aggressive style of play, it's safe to say teams in the division don't exactly like each other.

So anytime they can enjoy a joke at the other's expense, it hits home. When that joke is unintentional, it becomes that much more funny. If you're a Browns, Ravens, or Bengals fan, the name of this Swiss doctor is something to marvel at.
