March is the month of the Cinderellas in college basketball. The memorable runs and the upset victories are what makes March Madness so special.

And the Auburn Tigers are one team making some early noise among sportsbooks for a squad that can win it all. You'd expect to see this from a team ranked in the Top 25 poll, but Auburn is currently on the outside looking in.

You won't find the Tigers in the latest list of Top-10 best odds to win it all, nor will you find them amongst the 'best' in college basketball at all. But that doesn't mean they're a team you should ignore when it's bracket time this spring.

According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Tigers are tied for the 11th-best odds to win the 2018-19 men's basketball national championship. Auburn is also currently tied with No. 18 Texas Tech at +3800 odds to win it all.

The Tigers aren't exactly a secret this year as they've spent the majority of the year towards the top of the rankings floating between No. 11 to No. 20. After losing three-straight games to Kentucky, South Carolina, and Mississippi State, Auburn was bounced from the Top 25.

But this skid doesn't mean you should write off the Tigers. Especially a Tigers team that ranks 12th in points per game on offense thanks to key scoring from Jared Harper and Bryce Brown.

They have a chance to climb the rankings once again with tough opponents in the SEC, so don't expect Auburn to be written off for long.
