3 NFL Player Prop Bets for Week 16 (Christmas Day)

Player props can be useful in a variety of ways -- from taking advantage of them straight up to measuring a player's potential to produce in daily fantasy football on FanDuel. Here, we're going to focus on the former.
Utilizing numberFire's projections as a guide, here are some NFL player props bets that look appealing.

NFL Prop Bets Week 16 (Christmas Day)
Isiah Pacheco Over 61.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
Since his role scaled up in Week 4, Isiah Pacheco has averaged 15.7 carries and 69.3 rushing yards per game while generating +4.9 rushing yards over expectation (RYOE) per game, via NextGenStats.
This puts Pacheco on pace to go over 61.5 yards in his return to action after two weeks missed due to a shoulder injury. While it might stand to reason that he gets eased back into action, he was full in practice by Thursday this week, so the wheels should be up.
Additionally, the Las Vegas Raiders rank 29th in rushing success rate and 21st in RYOE per carry allowed to running backs specifically, via NextGenStats.
The Kansas City Chiefs are favored by 10 points, as well.
Therefore, a lot points to Pacheco getting back to his usual ways in Week 16.
A.J. Brown Over 75.5 Receiving Yards (-114)
A.J. Brown is coming off of a 10-target, 5-catch, 56-yard game but just had 94 and 114 yards in two games prior, and again, kind of a lot points toward Brown getting to 76-plus yards on Christmas Day.
In 11 games with DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert healthy this year, Brown has averaged 103.9 yards on 10.4 targets (a 33.5% target share).
He also has averaged 4.7 targets at least 10 yards downfield in that split, giving him plenty of splash play potential.
The New York Giants rank 29th in passing success rate allowed overall, and against wide receivers in particular, they have two key metrics that are in Brown's favor.
They've allowed the highest target per route rate to receivers among any NFL team, and they're 29th in yards per route run allowed to wideouts.
Gus Edwards Over 10.5 Carries (-130)
I don't typically target this many overs, but there are cases to be made for all of them.
Gus Edwards has averaged 11.6 carries per game without filtering out any partial games, and now Keaton Mitchell is out for the season.
After Mitchell exited Week 15's game, Justice Hill did see the first two running back carries for the Baltimore Ravens, but after that, the final tally wound up 9 for Edwards, 4 for Hill, and 2 for Lamar Jackson.
In five games with at least a 50.0% snap rate, Edwards has averaged 15.0 carries. If he slots into the featured role, he's in line for a big workload.
Even as underdogs, Baltimore should run plenty. Their 49.0% pass rate over expectation is the third-lowest rate in the NFL.
