Early in the second quarter against the Eagles, the Patriots decided to run a trick play in which Julian Edelman (former college QB at Kent State) would throw the ball to Brady after some trickery in the backfield.
Everything worked out just as it was planned, that is until Brady went to catch the ball.
With plenty of room to run after that, it's almost a guarantee Brady would have gone for a huge chunk of yards. This play was pretty symbolic of how the rest of the game went, the Pats just couldn't get it done.
