3 Free-Agent Running Backs the Dolphins Can Target With Aaron Jones Off the Market

It was announced this weekend that free agent running back Aaron Jones would be re-signing with the Green Bay Packers. This takes one of the best running backs off the market for the Miami Dolphins, who will need to target a new starting rusher for next season.
With this in mind, these are three free agent running backs the Dolphins can target now that Jones is off the market.
1. Kenyan Drake
The Dolphins shipped Kenyan Drake to the desert, but maybe he will find himself back in Miami. Drake just wrapped up his best statistical NFL season, running for 955 yards and 10 touchdowns. There may be hard feelings, but Drake is the type of running back Miami is looking for.
2. Leonard Fournette
Fresh off a Super Bowl win, Leonard Fournette could play for yet another team in the state of Florida. Fournette proved he can put in the work and perform when it matters. He also showed that he can be an every-down-type of running back. He'll get paid this offseason, and rightfully so.
3. Chris Carson
Chris Carson may actually be the best receiving back of the three, and he is still a strong runner. While he played just 12 games this season, he was a 1,000-yard rusher in the previous two years. Carson also has 37 receptions in back-to-back seasons. He is another player that is a true bell cow and can be an every-down player.
