Ezekiel Elliott has been announced as inactive for the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, meaning Tony Pollard will get the start against the San Francisco 49ers. That gives Pollard's fantasy outlook a massive boost just in time for the fantasy football semi-finals.

Tony Pollard Fantasy Outlook
Pollard is about to show why he's considered one of the most value handcuff running backs in fantasy football.
Zeke has always been a volume hog, averaging 21.0 opportunities (16.2 carries and 4.8 targets) per game this season. That means his absence frees up a massive amount of work in the backfield, and the bulk of that will go to Pollard.
Pollard was already seeing some reasonable volume as well, playing over 30% of the team's offensive snaps in each of the last five games, averaging 7.4 carries and 1.4 targets per game of his own.
Now, those numbers should explode into legitimate workhorse territory.
The San Francisco 49ers make for a tough matchup (allowing the fifth-fewest PPR fantasy points per game to opposing RBs), but with a workload that will likely include 20-25 opportunities, Pollard is a strong starting option in Week 15 anyway.
