It is no secret the Raiders have major needs at both cornerback and wide receiver heading into the 2020 NFL Draft. Luckily for Las Vegas, it has two first-round picks, with No. 12 and No. 19.

While Ohio State's Jeffrey Okudah, the draft's top-rated cornerback, will definitely be off the board by then, Florida's C.J. Henderson, the draft's next-best corner, has been rising up draft boards in the last two weeks.

While previously thought of as a bit of a reach at No. 12, recent reports suggest the Raiders are indeed targeting Henderson with their first pick of the draft. If Las Vegas does take that route, and the top three receivers (Jerry Jeudy, CeeDee Lamb and Henry Ruggs) likely off the board by then, let's take a look at three receivers they could target at No. 19 to help them solve their wideout issue.

1. Justin Jefferson, LSU

Justin Jefferson was Joe Burrow's best weapon on the LSU National Championship team in 2019. Hauling in a ridiculous 1,540 yards and 18 touchdowns last season, Jefferson clearly has the makeup to be a No. 1 wide receiver. With a 6-foot-3-inch frame, he's got the size to go along with the talent. If Oakland is looking for a reception monster with big-play ability, Jefferson could be their guy.

2. Denzel Mims, Baylor

Denzel Mims had three solid seasons at Baylor, registering more than 1,000 receiving yards in two of them. With similar size to Jefferson, Mims is more of speedster than Jefferson. Mims had the fifth-best 40-yard dash time at the NFL Combine (4.38 seconds) and could be used as a way for Derek Carr to stretch the field, as he's struggled with that in recent years.

3. Tee Higgins, Clemson

Tee Higgins was Trevor Lawrence's No. 1 receiver at Clemson. Despite not being a burner like Mims, Higgins has proven to be excellent at gaining yards after the catch, which is proven by his diverse route tree and 19.8 yards per reception. He might need a little more coaching than the other two names on this list but make no mistake, the talent and size are there for Higgins to become a true No. 1 at the next level.
