Super Bowl Matchup Betting: How to Bet Kelce vs. Kittle Receiving Yards Market
When the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers duel in this year's Super Bowl, it just so happens that we'll get to see two of the best tight ends in football: Travis Kelce and George Kittle.
With an endless number of markets to bet on during the Super Bowl, FanDuel Sportsbook offers a chance to wager on individual matchups, including Kelce vs. Kittle.
To bet on individual matchups on FanDuel Sportsbook, you'll need to find the player matchups tab, which is located within the Super Bowl betting odds. Unlike other player matchup markets where there are a variety of stats to wager on, the only market available to bet on between Kelce and Kittle is receiving yards.
Let's look at the best way to bet the Kelce vs. Kittle receiving yards market for the upcoming Super Bowl.

Kelce vs. Kittle Super Bowl Best Bet
Over 123.5 Total Receiving Yards (-110)
While you can take either the spread or moneyline for Kelce or Kittle to finish with more receiving yards in the Super Bowl, you can also wager on the total receiving yards both tight ends will combine for. With less than a week until the game is played, the over/under on total receiving yards for Kelce and Kittle is set at 123.5.
Individually, Kelce paces all of the pass-catchers in the Super Bowl with a receiving yards prop of 71.5. On the other hand, Kittle is coming in with a receiving yards prop of 47.5 yards, which is the third-highest among members of the 49ers.
It has been yet another fantastic postseason for Kelce, who has recorded 71, 75, and 116 receiving yards in Kansas City's three postseason contests. After Kittle posted a team-high 81 receiving yards in the Divisional Round, the versatile tight end was limited to only 27 receiving yards in the NFC Championship.
Given his recent outings, Kelce has now eclipsed 71-plus receiving yards in 12 straight playoff appearances with Patrick Mahomes throwing him the ball. Following what was a so-so regular season -- by his elite standards -- Kelce leads the Chiefs in target share (29.7%), air yards share (30.3%), and yards per route run (2.94) in the playoffs, via NextGenStats.
As for Kittle, the do-it-all tight end of the 49ers boasts the second-highest air yards share (19.9%) and the second-most yards per route run (1.74) on the team in the postseason.
When factoring the regular season and the playoffs, Kelce leads all tight ends with 69.22 receiving yards per game while Kittle notches the third-most (62.66).
Kittle's receiving production can be a bit inconsistent due to San Francisco's offense deploying other talented pass-catchers, but Kelce is heavily relied on due to Kansas City's lack of weapons. Even though the 49ers have a defense that is strong against tight ends, rookie Sam LaPorta hauled in nine passes for 97 yards in the NFC title game against San Fran.
Being that Kelce is expected to lead the Chiefs in receiving and with Mahomes owning a passing yards prop of 262.5 yards, we may not need Kittle to have an explosive outing for the over to hit. And if Kittle ends up being one of the skill players on the 49ers who has a noteworthy showing, then Kelce needs to have only an average performance for this to surpass the over.
