Rob Brantly Placed On 60-Day Injured List Due To Right Lat Strain

Rob Brantly has been out since April 21 with a right lat strain. He was initially on the 10-day injured list but was later moved to the 60-day list. This is not his first time on the injured list for this issue this season.

Brantly has played only three games this season, batting .429 with three hits in seven at-bats. With Brantly out, Liam Hicks and Agustín Ramírez will see more time at catcher. The Marlins will face the San Diego Padres at PETCO Park in their next game.
