Cole Ragans Placed On 15-Day Injured List With Shoulder Strain

Cole Ragans is on the 15-day injured list with a left rotator cuff strain. This is his second stint on the list for the same injury this season. He was previously on the list in June and also dealt with a groin injury in May.

Ragans has pitched 48 2/3 innings over 10 games this season. He has a 5.18 ERA and a 1.29 WHIP. Ragans has struck out 76 batters and issued 16 walks, with a K/9 rate of 14.1.
