Fantasy Football: 3 Quarterback Streamer Options for Week 11

Streaming quarterbacks remains an integral part of fantasy football for those who were willing to wait on the position in favor of loading up their lineups in drafts.
It's not always the preferred option as putting top-shelf guys in your lineup and forgetting it is always nice, but you can get some great value on the waiver wire each week to start at the position, keeping you competitive on a week-to-week basis.
Whether it's 10-team or 12-team leagues, there's going to be options out there to choose from.
When it comes to streaming a quarterback, there are multiple factors in play with none being more important than the defense they're opposing. From there, you can look at the situation they're in, what they've been doing as of late, and more. All of this matters -- especially when you're trying to find points at the most important position in football.
The quarterback carousel in the NFL never seems to stop these days. Here are the quarterbacks worth streaming in Week 11 due to bye weeks and injuries.
Week 11 Quarterback Streamers
Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers
Week 11 Opponent: Los Angeles Chargers
The Jordan Love experience in Green Bay has been filled with ups and downs, but here we are, recommending you stream him in Week 11.
Love has struggled; there's no doubt about that one. He's throwing to the tune of a 58.7% completion percentage and a 7-to-5 touchdown to interception ratio. Nothing that jumps off the page -- by any means. It likely says more about his actual football play than his fantasy prospects.
Good news for fantasy players is that Love has finished with at least 18.5 fantasy points in five of his first nine starts this season. The 18.7 points that he had in Week 10 were his best since Week 3, so perhaps, things are now turning around for the Green Bay Packers signal-caller with his team getting healthier around him.
The matchup this week couldn't be better. It's why he is must start streamer of the week as the Packers go head-to-head with the Chargers.
Jared Goff put up numbers against L.A., finishing with 21.1 fantasy points in Week 10. Overall, Los Angeles has allowed 20.2 fantasy points per game to the quarterback position -- the second-most in the entire NFL.
If Love is available in your league, go get him and put him in your lineup.
Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams
Week 11 Opponent: Seattle Seahawks
If all goes right, Matthew Stafford should be back at the helm for the Los Angeles Rams this Sunday.
And, if we are to assume that is the case, then we believe he's a quarterback streamer worthy of your attention.
Stafford hasn't put up huge fantasy numbers this season, but he's been solid, and that's all we're looking for with a streamer. The Rams' quarterback is averaging 14.8 fantasy points over his season thus far. Those are fine numbers that should go up with Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp at his disposal. There's potential for a lot more, and we expect it in Week 11.
The Rams will be taking on the Seahawks for the first time since Week 1, where they easily beat them 30-13. In that game, Stafford threw for 334 yards through the air without Kupp out there. This game opened with a 44.0-point total, so points are expected, and the best way for the Rams to get there is through the air.
The Seahawks are allowing 17.0 fantasy points and 261.1 passing yards on a per game basis to quarterbacks, giving Stafford the room to return to the field with a quality showing.
If Stafford is unable to go due to his injured thumb, the Rams signed Carson Wentz to take over as their backup. He, too, would fit the mold to stream this week with a plus matchup and such good weapons to target.
Will Levis, Tennessee Titans
Week 11 Opponent: Jacksonville Jaguars
The quarterback position is light right now, so we're once again going to roll with Will Levis.
Levis has not had the same success that he had in his first start when he threw for four touchdowns, but we're willing to ride with him once more -- especially with all the injuries, bye weeks, and just flat-out bad matchups that are present in fantasy football's Week 11.
The rookie passer went 19-of-39 with 199 passing yards, zero touchdowns, and an interception while being sacked four times in his third start against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It wasn't great by any stretch, but with the Tennessee Titans naming him their starter, he should be able to grow moving forward in better matchups.
Tennessee will be facing a divisional rival on Sunday against the first-place Jaguars. Jacksonville has been a tough team to face all season, admittedly. However, they allow big points to opposing quarterbacks, and that's what we're looking for.
Jacksonville has watched quarterbacks throw for 277.9 yards and 1.56 touchdowns against them, totaling 19.1 fantasy points -- the fifth-most on a game-to-game basis.
Levis has shown he's still a rookie, but the Titans will need to try and keep up with the Jaguars to make this a game. There's, at the very least, an opportunity for garbage time points to make him a good streamer in deeper leagues.
