If you followed our advice last week, chances are you had a big performance. Two of our three picks, Dalton Schultz and Dawson Knox, had a top-seven finish in PPR leagues last week. The third pick, Maxx Williams, unfortunately left the game due to injuries after playing just 25 snaps.

With a stud like Kyle Pitts on bye in Week 6, fantasy managers might be looking for replacements on the waiver wire. Here are the top-three streaming tight ends, rostered in fewer than 50% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues, to target in Week 6.

3. David Njoku, Cleveland Browns (4% Rostered)

David Njoku is a boom-or-bust option, but his ceiling is hard to ignore. He caught all 7 of his targets for 149 yards and a score against a solid Los Angeles Chargers defense. While he also topped 75 yards back in Week 1, he was virtually invisible from Week 2-4. Still, you have to think that Week 5 explosion will help secure him a larger role in this passing game, especially with Odell Beckham Jr. struggling to produce. Notably, fellow tight end Austin Hooper was used much more of a blocker in Week 6, seeing 0 targets despite playing a whopping 72% of the offensive snaps. Njoku is a low-floor, high-ceiling option this week, so he might be an interesting option if you're projected to be a big underdog.

2. Evan Engram, New York Giants (31% Rostered)

The New York Giants' skill-position group got absolutely decimated by injuries this week. Tight end Evan Engram is now one of the team's best active pass-catchers, so he should be a big part of the game plan in Week 6. We saw that play out last week, as Engram caught all 4 of his targets for a season-high 55 yards. He now draws a Week 6 matchup with the Los Angeles Rams, who are not as much of a test as you might think. LA is an average pass defense by DVOA (16th) and surrenders above-average fantasy production to opposing tight ends. This looks like a solid spot for the former Pro Bowler.

1. Hunter Henry, New England Patriots (47% Rostered)

Hunter Henry is emerging as the clear-cut TE1 in New England. He might even be the Patriots' most reliable pass-catcher, full stop. Henry turned 8 targets into 6 receptions for 75 yards and a score in Week 5. Now he'll face a Dallas Cowboys' defense that surrenders top-10 fantasy production to opposing tight ends. There's no reason to think he'll slow down in Week 6.
