The 2021 season has been an absolute disaster for Taylor Lewan. He opened up the year against the Arizona Cardinals and Chandler Jones, who put up 5.0 sacks in the game. Lewan even took to Twitter to apologize for his lackluster performance.
Things have quickly gone from bad to worse for Lewan. He apparently hurt himself during pre-game warmups and has since been ruled out of Sunday's clash against the Seattle Seahawks.
Taylor Lewan Injury Update
This is a brutal blow for the Titans as they prepare to face the Seahawks. Seattle's defensive front showed out in Week 1, generating 3.0 sacks, 5 hurries and 11 pressures. If Lewan is out, this new-look Seahawks pass-rush could be a real problem for the Titans.
The battle in the trenches will be a huge storyline for Titans fans to monitor this week.
