Monday Night Football brings us an AFC West showdown as the Kansas City Chiefs host the Denver Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium.

With two teams that know each other extremely well, this matchup offers plenty of intriguing betting angles. Kansas City will look to take advantage of its home-field edge, while Denver has the talent on both sides of the ball to make this a competitive divisional battle.

Broncos vs Chiefs Player Props, Picks for MNF

Bo Nix 15+ Rushing Yards (-146)

Bo Nix led the league in attempted passes last year, so the Denver Broncos aren’t afraid to air it out, and he’s a good runner, which puts me on this bet.

For his career, Nix has averaged 23.1 rushing yards per game. He ran for at least 15 yards in 11 games a season ago, including 42 yards in a seven-point win at KC.

He averaged 26.0 rushing yards per game on the road last year, compared to 16.4 per game at home.

Nix to notch at least 15 rushing yards checks a lot of boxes today.

Nik Bonitto to Record a Sack (-102)

Bonitto to get a sack tonight is my favorite player prop for MNF.

The Kansas City Chiefs are short-handed on the offensive line and are starting rookie Kahlil Benson. It’s a tough first matchup for Benson as the Broncos boast one of the NFL’s top defenses.

Bonitto can take advantage. Bonitto has totaled 13.5 and 14.0 sacks over the previous two seasons. He totaled 8.5 sacks over eight road games last year, and with Patrick Mahomes coming off an ACL injury, Mahomes might not be quite as elusive as usual.

Under 43.5 Points (-108)

This sets up as a game where both defenses can make things difficult.

Kansas City games were especially friendly to the under last season, with only four of the Chiefs' 17 games going over the total. Denver wasn't exactly an over machine, either, as only seven of its 17 games cleared the total.

Mahomes' return adds another reason to lean toward a slower start for Kansas City's offense. He threw for 3,587 yards with 22 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in 2025 before suffering the knee injury, and it wouldn't be surprising if Kansas City emphasizes Kenneth Walker III and the running game rather than asking Mahomes to immediately carry a high-volume passing attack.

Denver has enough offensive talent to move the football, especially after adding Jaylen Waddle, but Kansas City’s D gets the benefit of playing at Arrowhead.

All in all, I think both of these defenses win out.
