Lopez vs Kambosos Fight Postponed
This is unfortunate news given the amount of excitement that was being drawn to the world of boxing because of this showdown. Lopez is reportedly symptomatic and eyes are now set on whether or not he will suffer any long-term effects from the dreaded disease.
Lopez has been one of the sport's most promising rising stars. He shocked the world by becoming one of boxing’s rare undisputed champions last year when he beat Vasyl Lomachenko by unanimous decision in Las Vegas.
The 23-year-old boxer is ranked No. 5 on ESPN's pound-for-pound list and was entering this fight as a -850 moneyline favorite, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. Hopefully no more issues will occur from now until this card is set to get underway near the end of the summer.
