There has been little to feel good about for Cincinnati Bengals fans this season, as they continue to struggle in the AFC North. However, their two offense rookie stars have brought some optimism for the future.

One of which is wide receiver Tee Higgins, who was questionable all week, but it looks as if he'll be good to go against the Dallas Cowboys.

Tee Higgins Fantasy Outlook

Higgins has enjoyed a successful rookie season, with 729 yards and 5 touchdowns. He had a clear chemistry with Joe Burrow before he went down with a season-ending injury. With Brandon Allen starting at quarterback for Cincinnati, Higgins' potential 1,000-yard season is clearly in doubt.

He has totaled just 100 yards over Allen's last two starts after averaging 67.0 per game with a healthy Burrow. That figure jumps to 75.4 per game if you remove Week 1, when Higgins hadn't yet earned a starting role.

Even though his production has taken a nosedive since Burrow's injury, there are few matchups better than his Week 14 game against the Cowboys. Dallas is allowing a league-high 32.8 point per game (PPG), ranking as a bottom-10 pass defense in Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics.

The matchup gives Higgins some real upside, but Allen's poor play lowers his floor significantly. He's shaping up to be a boom-or-bust WR3 in Week 14.
