It was a tale of two seasons for Cooper Kupp in 2019, as he was he No. 2 wide receiver in fantasy football through Week 8 before posting numbers ranked as the No. 30 wide receiver from Weeks 9 through 17.

It was a strong year for Kupp overall, though, catching 94 passes for 1,161 yards and 10 touchdowns, finishing the year as the WR4 in PPR fantasy football. Kupp remains a prolific part of the Los Angeles Rams' passing game heading into the 2020 season, and is still a valuable fantasy football asset.

It is no secret that Kupp is one of quarterback Jared Goff's favorite options on the offense, and he racked up 134 targets last year. Goff averaged 8.7 yards per attempt when targeting Kupp last year, while he didn't average more than 8.2 per attempt when targeting any other player.

A change in offensive philosophy (playing more 12 personnel) hurt Kupp's volume down the stretch last year, but given he was the Rams' most efficient wide receiver, it would be a big surprise if head coach Sean McVay didn't find more ways to keep Kupp involved in 2020.

Kupp has an average draft position (ADP) of WR15, per FantasyPros, and that makes him an intriguing pick in 2020 fantasy football drafts.

With Brandin Cooks traded away, Kupp should once again be locked in for a big workload, and his strong efficiency is a good indicator the workload will mean plenty of production.

Kupp is a safe bet to finish in the WR2 (13th to 24th) range, and even has the upside to crack the top-12 again this year.

Kupp is ranked as the No. 20 wide receiver in our 2020 fantasy football rankings.
